Patti, in the middle wearing white, is my fitness instructor. Her class is no joke. My heart rate is up within the first few minutes and it is a non-stop hour. I love it and love her class! Some days you have to stand in line 45 minutes before the class starts just to get a step and find space in the room. And once a fight almost broke out when a lady went to fill her water bottle and came back and someone took her step bench.
Anywhooo, the lady on the far left is yellow is truly my inspiration. She is in her 70's!!!
